Ken Willers is a seasoned Catholic education leader with over 40 years of experience as a principal, associate superintendent, and consultant, dedicated to empowering school leaders to build vibrant, faith-filled communities. As the founder of Ken Willers CatholicEd Leadership Solutions, he specializes in leadership development, strategic planning, and NSBECS-aligned program design, serving Catholic schools and dioceses nationwide. Ken’s transformative approach, rooted in his extensive tenure in the Diocese of Oakland, the School of the Madeleine, and at Notre Dame Academy, inspires educators to foster excellence and legacy through innovative training and coaching. A published author of Stories That Should Be Told and Parables with a Purpose, Ken also hosts the podcast Stories That Should Be Told, sharing inspirational narratives to uplift Catholic leaders. His partnerships with organizations like Eduscape and Nelnet/FACTS reflect his commitment to advancing Catholic education.
